Tax Preparation Services

Starting at $400

Tax preparation is offered as a separate service from monthly bookkeeping and is provided under a separate engagement. Pricing is based on the forms required and complexity.

Standard or itemized deductions
Schedule C (Sole Proprietor): +$300–$350
Schedule E (Rental Income): +$200–$300 per property

How do I know what services I need?

Most people don't — and that is completely okay! During our first call, we will go over where your finances stand and what kind of support you are looking for. From there, we will recommend the package that fits your season, goals, and capacity.

We are not a nonprofit. Can you still serve us?

Absolutely. Our primary focus is nonprofits, but we also work with business owners who care about stewardship, clarity, and using their finances wisely.

What makes your approach "Biblical Bookkeeping"?

Our bookkeeping services are rooted in stewardship, clarity, and peace. We let scripture guide our work — specifically Matthew 25:14-30. We believe managing finances well is a way we honor God and care for His people.

Can you help if we are behind or disorganized?

Yes! We have helped multiple organizations catch up on months or even years of backlogged bookkeeping. It can take time depending on how far back we need to go, but it is absolutely doable.

Where are you located? Do I have to be local?

We are based in Wyoming but serve organizations all over the United States. Everything we do is virtual and secure, and we are always just a call or email away.
