Tax preparation is offered as a separate service from monthly bookkeeping and is provided under a separate engagement. Pricing is based on the forms required and the complexity of the return.

Individual Tax Return (Form 1040):

Starting at $400

Includes:

  • Federal Form 1040

  • One state return

  • Standard or itemized deductions

  • Review, e-filing, and compliance handling

Business & Additional Tax Forms

  • Additional forms are priced individually and added to the base return as needed.

  • Schedule C (Sole Proprietor / Single-Member LLC): +$300–$350

  • Schedule E (Rental Income): +$200–$300 per property

  • Schedule F (Farm Income): +$250–$350

  • Schedule D (Capital Gains & Losses): +$150–$250

  • Additional state returns: +$150–$300 per state

How do I know what services I need?

No worries! Most don't! During our first call, we will go over where your finances stand and what kind of support you're looking for. From there, I will recommend the package that fits your season, goals, and capacity.

We're not a nonprofit. Are you able to serve our company?

Yes, absolutely. My primary focus is nonprofits, but I also work with business owners who care about stewardship, clarity, and using their finances wisely.

What makes your approach "Biblical Bookkeeping"?

My bookkeeping services are rooted in stewardship, clarity, and peace. I let scripture guide my work, specifically Matthew 25:14-30. I believe managing finances well is a way we honor God and care for His people.

Can you help if we're behind or disorganized?

Yes! I have helped multiple entities catch up on months (or years) of backlogged bookkeeping. It can take time depending on how far back I will have to go, but it is 100% do-able.

Where are you located? Do I have to be local?

I'm currently based in Wyoming, but I serve organizations all over the US. Everything we do is virtual and secure, and I'm always just a call or email away.
